This 10-week paid internship opportunity provides hands-on experience in various business areas, impactful project involvement, and networking opportunities across the three-tier spirits industry. SIP 2025 is designed for driven individuals seeking to establish a career in the spirits industry.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;Gain industry insight by working across various functions in the three-tier industry (leading brands, distributors, and retailers) and learning from industry leaders.Build lasting professional relationships with teams in Marketing, Finance, PR/Communications, Social, Analytics, Strategy, Legal, HR, Sales, Government Affairs/Compliance and other departments/functions.Spearhead an individual, business-focused project that impacts real business outcomes.Research and propose innovative ideas and present solutions to senior leadership by the internship’s conclusion.Immerse yourself in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where teamwork and problem-solving are essential.Deeply analyze industry trends and the competitive landscape.Solve business challenges by collaborating with team members to address real-world business issues through a solution-centric approach.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS&nbsp;Currently enrolled in a four-year college or university as a Rising Senior, Senior, Recent Graduate (preferred), or MBA student pursuing a degree in business, hospitality, or a related field.A strong desire to pursue a career within the wine and spirits industry in sales, marketing, supply, or finance.Availability to work full-time during the required 10-week program, spanning from May to August 2025.Ability to work at the designated location, as relocation assistance will not be provided.Must be 21 years of age or older by the commencement of the internship and possess legal authorization to work within the United States on a full-time, permanent, and ongoing basis, without the need for sponsorship, either presently or in the future.Proven leadership experience through academic pursuits or extracurricular involvement.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs and data analysis tools.Ability to work within a hybrid environment and travel for required boot camps and events.WHY SIP 2025?&nbsp;Shape the future of leading brands while acquiring experience that will provide a competitive edge in your pursuit of full-time career opportunities.Work alongside industry innovators &amp; veterans.Drive real business impact from day one.Build a powerful professional network.Get exposure to every facet of the three-tier industry.Ready to raise the bar?
